please add some details about your model. Are you performing a steady state or transiet study? What kind of solver are you using?

As Tamadur Albaraghtheh suggested, sometimes changing the solver can help. For example, direct solvers are generally more robust than iterative solvers. Nevertheless, the error may be due to other issues (unappropriate mesh, for example).

I think you need to:

go to "study" then go to "solver configuration" then choose 'solver ' and choose 'fully coupled solver'.

Check this I think it will converge. if it is not then your system might reach a plastic state!
