Equivalent circuit for shorting vias in ADS (Advance Design System)

I want to make equivalent circuit for my microstrip antenna. And I use shorting vias for the matching impedance technic.

In TLines-Microstrip ADS the are many symbol of equivalent condition but I am confuse for the symbol of shorting vias and how to draw in the circuit.

So could you help me
