Dear Sir, Precisely, my question was that emamectin benzoate is a mixture of two homologous components and its an active ingredient and it is our main component in the formulation. So, these are two different components one is major other is minor would it be showing one combined single peak in a chromtogram or there will be two different separate peaks. I know there might be some impurities and rest of the formulation which could show up in a chromatogram itself. But now thanks to Bruce Neagle for his recommended paper its clearly stated that emamectin benzoate standard has two components in it and it will show two separate peaks and that solved my confusion. Bingo...!
