Elimination of articles after data extraction

The elimination of articles typically takes place at two stages screening of abstracts and titles and when full text is read. However, at data extraction stage the fine print of articles is read into great depth. The understanding of the article increases multi folds after data extraction.

Should there be a provision to mention elimination at the data extraction stage?
