Jincheng Li I was thinking along the lines of commercial public transport vehicles, and since they cover much more mileage compared to personal vehicles, I would think that it makes sense to electrify them, because, given enough mileage, the benefits of electric vehicles starts to exceed the initial higher purchase & infrastructure costs.
in this case, you'd better to use the mileage to change a new battery , and consider the new battery cost.
