I want to conduct BET analysis for getting Carbon dioxide and Nitrogen adsorption curves for activated carbon samples, I am confused either pore size matters for BET analysis or it can be done for any size .If this size is important then can any specify the range?

The pore size indirectly related to specific surface area depending on the material. If you have particulate materials the smaller particle size means smaller BET area. In this case you have coarse particles. In charred materials, such as active carbon the pore size may effect both direction depending on the pore nature of the initial materials. We can say that the smaller pore size result in larger BET for two materials with same porosity percentage. The pore size whitout konwing the porosity does not give any information about the BET.
BET is not advised for microporous materials. The micropore filling often gives you a higher volume of gas adsorbed before the monolayer formation. At IUPAC's report (2015) you can see that in case of the presence of micropores, the BET will not give you the specific surface area of the material, but rather an apparent specific surface area. Macropores usually behave as nonporous surface, as the meniscus formed is not really relevant for the error, and mesopores are also suitable for BET analysis.
