Effect of FBS 30% for alpha-MEM culture medium on hASCs?

I tried to culture primary hASCs in alpha-MEM culture medium but I made a mistake to add more than normal amount of FBS; 30% instead of 20%. Do you think this is a critical matter? it affects cell growth or survival?
