Synthesis of Sr0.5Co0.5LaxFe12-xO19 hexaferrites (x = 0.0, 0.05, 0.15, 0.2) involved a straightforward heat treatment method, followed by calcination at 950 °C and 1050 °C and gradual cooling. The structural and magnetic properties were probed through X-ray diffraction and magnetic hysteresis loops, revealing the coexistence of M-type hexagonal ferrite and hematite phases. Notably, an elevation in saturation magnetization accompanied higher levels of lanthanum substitution.
