I absolutely agree. Some editors are truly unfair. A Journal about "Computational Chemistry" rejected my article, which was 100% about chemistry, labeling it as "bioinformatic." Even though I wrote back stating that not a single word related to bioinformatics can be found in my article and that the entire article pertains to the molecular dynamic parametrization of metals, I received no response. The same journal (computational chemistry) published an article about protein-protein docking, which is entirely about bioinformatics not comput. chem.. Another Journal about Physical Chemistry, every time I submit an article related to force fields, says "it's not within the scope of our journal" or "the subject of the article is not physical chemistry." Yet, the same journal publishes DNA simulations, none of which are about physical chemistry. At the end, I have decided never to submit to the ACS Publications again. Seriously, I'm tired of getting rejected for fake reasons just because my h-index isn't 10 yet. If they are going to publish according to people's h-index, they should write it honestly and not waste our time.

I have been sending to may be three journals which they caim they publish papers with the subject of my manscuript, and they keep rejecting my paper with a non sense reasopns like " we are saturated with papers right now " or "This paper should be published in a local journal in your country".
I truly agree with this. some journal editors take reject decision directly without passing the article to reviewers based on thier own impression toward authors, maybe the country they belongs to or even based on ideological issue. although, the more important is to have evaluates the paper study impact, technological approach, contribution, novelty and ethical ensure.
