We have been using the FLS-920 PL instrument to calculate lifetime for our solid samples(CuO, Bi2WO6).

Our Procedure : Disperse the solid sample in Ethanol or DI water and place in cuvette to measure lifetime.

Ex source : 405 nm pulse diode laser, 100nm @ 10 MHz. Em = 505 nm

The signal data obtained is very weak, it almost matches with the IRF (instrument response) signals.

It would be a great deal, if anyone could help us.
