Your software must be licensed for efficient analysis. If the software you are using is a student version or a cracked's software, it will be limited. However, make sure that you have defined the boundary conditions correctly. Moreover, you can increase your mesh size. Smaller mesh size required computing time longer than coarse mesh. Besides, if there is one symmetry line in your model, you can analyze half (1/2) of the model. If there are two lines of symmetry, use the quarter (1/4) of the model only.
