No peak is observed for the sample calcined at 300, 400 degrees C, but a peak with a shoulder is visible when I raised sintering temperature, which must be due to resulted compound I guess. But why do I not obtain at least a peak of one of the compounds I used during reaction in case of lowest sintering temperature. This is quite confusing. Kindly help!
You have not mentioned about the sample. In UV if the particles are in the nanoscale for a given material it will show a peak at the characteristic wavelength. There may be a shift in the wavelength to red end (bathochromic shift) with increase in particle size and shift in wavelength to blue end (hypsochromic shift) due to decrease in size of the particles. But if it doesn't show peak for one of the compounds it means at higher sintering temperature it might be agglomerating to semimicro or micro particles as one of the possibilities.
Perhaps nanoparticles have been amorphous that have annealed to crystallized state above 300 C
