Knowing the first line from right side it is negative control and the second line for internal control and third line for positive control?
and we have also in my kits

* Internal control-723 bP
I need to know these is negative result or primer- dimer?

you do seem to have a primer dimer problem although as you do not run a size standard it is hard to be sure. try using either less primer or better still a hot start enzyme and it should disappear. If you can see the uv bulbs that well on your picture then there is something wrong with the uv filter on your transilluminator...getting old perhaps. When uv filters get too old and let too much hard uv radiation through thenit degrades pcr product quite quickly
I agree with Paul . It may be related also to high concentration of primers. Check the concentration in work solution.
