Does anyone have information on the recommended range for the use of Domiphen bromide as a prservative in oral liquid phamaceuticals ?

Please see the link below for a patent for your reference where "Domiphen Bromide" is one of the numerous preservatives claimed for oral liquid suspension in the range of 0.01% to 0.5% w/v.
