Does UbC promoter induce long in vivo gene expression?

I transduced murine melanoma cells with pLenti6-UbC vector. I will have to inject these cells in vivo, then follow the tumor growth (for 2-3 weeks). I am wandering how long will last the gene expression induced by the UbC promoter?
