This questionnaire is part of the second round of interim peer review for the dictionary focused on severe human rights violations narrative. The initial version was in development, and initial feedback has been incorporated. This review aims to gather further input on the revised methodology and the dictionary.
Please note that this dictionary is highly specialized and intended for text comparative, quantitative, and objective analysis. Its purpose is to test the narrative within UN documentation, not to allege violations. The dictionary is relevant to severe violations on the scale of those addressed by the International Criminal Court (ICC), International Court of Justice (ICJ), and Responsibility to Protect (R2P) doctrine, and encompasses Genocide, War aggression, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.
