I have a question, because with a research team we want to carry out a nanoencapsulation by means of a microfluidizer, and then dry it by a spray dryer. The model thought to buy is Yamatho ADL311-A, but we have a doubt because the model in its technical sheet shows particle sizes which are large for the objective we have in mind (Minimum 406 μm). I have been reading investigations which obtain particle sizes between 210-280 nm, also using microfluidizer and spray dryer. Will the spray nozzle not affect the size? Or what models of spray dryer do you recommend using?
