Does the schottky barrier occur in a graphene/metal contact? I will appreciate any reference on that
Schottky barrier formed via metal/semi-conductor while Graphene is conductor. All the metal contacts on metal will be ohmic and metal/graphene will result into ohmic contact. However, Si/graphene could generate Schottky barrier.
