I want to study thermoelectric properties(seebeck, peltier, and thermal conductivity) and electrical conductivity of 2D materials. Do we have free download versions?
ANSYS as Mr.Abbas mentioned consider one of the best choices but it is expensive to get license.
You can use COMSOL which is lower cost license than ANSYS.

Regarding to the free software, I think there is not any valuable free software for materials simulation.

In my view, to address thermoelectric properties, the best is to use available DFT packages that allows to calculate accurately the electron/phonon band structure and relevant matrix elements such as 3 phonon- processes, electron-phonon scattering etc...then one could solve the Boltzmann Transport Equation for instance ... These type of approaches are quantum and microscopic , this is in spirit is very different from what one could do with COMSOL or ANSYS, that are classical approaches based on finite element methods (mesoscopic scales, mesh is of the order of a micrometer) , they do not allow to calculate directly these properties...For instance: one could solve the heat equation with COMSOl/ ANSYS but the thermal conductivity is in this case just a parameter, ..its determination as a function of temperature, for a given material requires a microscopic approach..

Quantum ESpresso
BigDFT
Abinit
Or you also have commercial ones such as VASP, Wien2K, CASTEP,....
you ill easily find the plateforms to download and install the packages...
