what is learned during my PhD its is only starting part of your research. If you are interested in topic then only do the phd. else it will be come one of dead degree.

It is common for subsequent studies and research to be related to a previous thesis topic, especially if it was a topic of interest and expertise for the researcher. Whether or not it is possible to perform fieldwork related studies in the future after completing a thesis that was highly based on experimental studies and laboratory work will depend on various factors, including the resources and funding available, the research question being pursued, and the skills and knowledge of the researcher. It may be necessary to develop new skills or collaborate with other researchers to carry out fieldwork studies. Ultimately, it is up to the individual researcher to determine their future research direction and how it relates to their previous work.

To answer your question with a one-liner: It did not in my case. You can check the validity of this claim by checking the chain of publications over the decades from my PhD thesis till my current papers.

However, the diversity of research concepts, topics, objects and methods was deliberate in my case. During my academic studies, I observed many professionals limited to a rather narrow perspective related to their PhD. This was unattractive or rather boring for me. It seems also risky as fashion in science changes over time and between countries. One way to avoid such a narrow career path was to deliberately cut the umbilical cord with my alma mater after completion of my thesis research. This included, for example, to graciously declining prestiges invitations for presentations related directly or indirectly to my thesis. While in academia, I started to work already as an (environmental) consultant both in the private sector and for regional government to sharpen and widen the focus of expertise. Further, my PhD research proposal and budget was laid out to cooperate on the ground with a set of universities in contrasting European countries. On that basis, my first long post-PhD contract was on another continent. Via a large consulting company (still in business today) for a national government in Africa. After that, I was attractive for universities, companies, UN organisations, civil services etc..

Although the Ph.D. topic may have implications for your future research however, it should NOT limit, nor constrain your future career opportunities and trajectories. The doctoral thesis is a rigorous academic, intellectual exercise that when completed successfully, has demonstrated remarkable skills by the student undergoing this process. The most important among these is the discovery of new knowledge which is what the academic title indicates (Ph.D. = doctor of philosophy, where philosophy from the ancient Greek), translates into: love for knowledge). Therefore, with a Ph.D. in your hands (no matter the specialty field, nor the thesis topic) you should be able to pursue any career path. I may exceed here a bit with idealism but this has been my professional trajectory upon completion of my doctorate. Earned my Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction yet wrote a thesis about assessment of undergraduate curricula in agriculture and worked for many years teaching biology, ecology and environmental science in a Department of Biology. I could have never planned such a career path!. It almost unraveled under my eyes while applying for jobs in higher education and despite the regular challenges......it has been a wonderful journey. I will give you my personal experience. The PhD topic and thesis theme can affect your first years after the PhD, since you have to complete some papers and some researches. But you have to look at the thing the other way round: the PhD path is an occasion to meet experienced researchers who can guide you in learning techniques and approaches, and young enthusiast researchers to work with and grow together. I have never liked the idea to fossilize in just one topic, one thing that I find attractive about research is that you can work on different topics and keep your mind active without getting bored. The path of each person is different as it is his/her sensibility and the desire to get involved in new experiences.

So my answer is that. at least to some extent, you build your own path.
