The TEM lattice fringe image was measured and the d spacing value is being analyzed. The sample was a three-dimensional perovskite film (ITO, spin coating) and sampled with FIB.

1. (A)If you look at the image of the lattice fringe image, there are parts that are arranged in a certain direction(red), and there are parts where those things intersect(yellow). Is the crossing part the grain boundary? I don't know how to interpret it.

2.(B) Looking at the lattice fringe image, it seems that there are areas with 3 d-spacing values (yellow) and 1 d-spacing value (red). What is the difference between the two areas? Is it because of the difference in crystallographic structure?

I don't know much about the analysis, so I'd appreciate it if you could give me some comments or references.
