Hi, I have some nervous system samples embedded in epoxy resin that I want to image with the FIB-SEM microscope. The samples are prepared with a protocol for conventional TEM analysis. I would like to perform on thick pieces of my samples FIB-SEM imaging, but they charges a lot. I mounted my thick pieces of samples on carbon tape on SEM stubs, I have covered all the stubs and the sides of the samples with silver paste and I coated the block face with 0.5 nm of Iridium. Can you suggest me a different/better way to avoid the samples charging?

Thanks
