Does someone have worked with Dil dye for neuron staining in C. elegans?

I will perform staining experiments with Dil dye in parasitic nematodes. I have found it can be diluted in DMF, DMSO or ethanol. Have someone worked with DMSO to dilute the dye? Any advice?
