I want to study enteric glial cells. And I would like to extract them from intestine of mice. I would be thankful if someone has experience with extraction of cells from the myenteric plexus. I have two jove protocols from Smith et al and Wang et al. Please only reply if you directly have expertise with it.

I already wrote in the question that I already have access to the papers you cited. I am asking for direct help in terms of practical questions that need to be answered. I already tried extraction from this paper from Smith et al but was not successful. Anyways if you have direct experience let me know.
