Pyramidines have a much lower melting point i.e., 20 to 22 °C
Does than mean during a PCR cycle pyramidines degrades completely? (I don't think it will happen either)
If so how we are getting an amplified product?

You seem to be confusing change of physical state from solid to liquid (melting) with chemical degradation - which, in this case is quite irrelevant.

Any substance has its physical and chemical properties. Both purine and pyrimidine as nitrogenous base components of DNA and RNA have their boiling and melting temperatures. pyrimidines boils and melts at 123-124 and 20-22 degree celcius respectively showing change in state of matter when in solid or liquid form but it does not mean decomposition. PCR cycling temperature of 94, 70 or 55 degree celcius does not decompose the DNA (Pyrimidine).

pyrimidines are part of the nucleotides sequence in the DNA. in choosing or designing a primer for use in the PCR. the C-G content of the primer or product in terms of its percentage composition is very important. products or primers with C-G content of between 40 - 60 % is usually ideal for optimal PCR. so the melting of the pyrimidines during PCR depends largely on the C-G percent content of the products or primer used and the use of appropriate melting temperature for that product or primer.
