The media is composed of nutrient agar, ammonium sulfate, sodium acetate, nickel chloride which its pH adjusted to 9 with NaOH.
Suppose to be ok, as normally we exposed to high temperature during autoclave.
Nothing happens to media, UV is just to disinfect your Petri from other bacteria before you start growing yours.
No effect on nutrients... sterilises by distorting microbial cells affecting their genetic material. efficient when u leave the petriplate open.
no effect because UV is also a method of sterilization until any UV sensitive component is added to the media
If media contains some of the chemicals like Antibiotics it may affect the media, but by and large there is little risk
the composition does not change but the components it contain may be affected by UV which can change the property of particular component such as antibiotics etc
