Does publishing 20 BREAKTHROUGH articles in Elsevier SSRN Pre-prints equivalent to publishing 20 BREAKTHROUGH articles in ELSEVIER Journals?

Authors can share their preprint anywhere at any time. If accepted for publication, we encourage authors to link from the preprint to their formal publication via its Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

My 20 pre-prints got published in Journals other than Elsevier. My Elsevier pre-prints got linked to Journals. But people respect Elsevier Journals more than other Journals. Now I cannot publish in Elsevier Journals. Hence I asked above question. Do you feel I should remove my 20 publications from publishers and submit them for Elsevier Journals? or remain as it is as they are accepted through Elsevier Pre-prints?
Please explain me your answer.
It may be a matter of opinion. Mine is that even though preprints can possibly gain a lot of attention and citations, they are less valuable than the journal or conference papers(especially in Computer Science)...
