Hi,
I've been doing multiple experiments to measure POM1 inhibition of ATP breakdown by CD39.
I measure the amount of breakdown using either the malachite green assay or the ATP luciferase assay.
In both instances I seem to get higher doses of POM1 forming a precipitate.
Did anyone else have the same experience? And how did you solve it?

Which cell or organism do you work with? I've been worked with cell lines, measuring the same parameters, but I had no problem like this. Which doses do you use?
