Oxford's Nano-pore Sequencing Technology
The MinIon does not use the MSpa protein nanopores. (see also: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bkehpxn6fw8d00o/nanopore.pdf?dl=0). It seems that they use (probably heavily mutated) CsgG nanopore.
