Can anyone suggest if Metnet maker tool allows bulk reaction upload/import from excel file

Also I hope someone can suggest a tool for performing flux analysis using the SMBL file generated by Metnetmaker. Is it essential to have the biomass reaction for running any flux analysis(kindly explain this concept)
