The Mendel's segregation law, is only applicable  to the loci located in the autosomal chromosomes or homologous arms of sex chromosomes in diploid individuals.

In the case of haploid male species, the segregation law only applies to the haploid females. Genotypic frequencies in females is as follow:

A1A1 * A1 > A1A1 ;   A1A2 * A1 > 0.5A1A1 + 0.5A1A2 ;    A2A2 * A1 > A1A2

A1A1 * A2 > A1A2 ;   A1A2 * A2 > 0.5A1A2 + 0.5A2A2 ;    A2A2 * A2 > A2A2    

But genotypic frequencies of the haploid males are allelic frequencies of diploid females.

Genotypic frequencies in males and females are similar to genotypic frequencies of sex-linked loci, explained by several text books.

Thanks so much Zamani, would you please send me a book or a paper that you would recommend. I have read several papers, but rarely do they explain the evaluation of this kind of crossings. Because only using females in allele frequency evaluation (based on Mendel's segregation ratio), might be an over site, as I believe and also from my own observation, males play a big role in the changing allele frequency but how to present or explain that is the problem..

I think that in addition to the allele and genotype frequencies in each sex, the number of males and females in the breeding population should be taken into account. Unfortunately, I cannot suggest you appropriate literature, but I think that you could search in the animal breeding area (for the sex-linked traits).

Thank you Tatjana for the suggestion. For the basic crossings, I worked with individual male and female. For the population study, I used a random number to start, but the sex ration in a population is always female bias, so males are very few.

Mendels experiment represents fixed model , the experiment performed with diploid ( garden pea ) and uncorrelated genes , complete dominance , so we expect that the results of Mendels experiment can be appear with any organism has same features .

Mendels laws did not represent all genetics , and there are many laws extension to Mendels law .
