When we are writing a review article if I want to add the previous synthesis of a particular molecule...but there are so many papers with the same procedure on that molecule...does it mandatory to show all the synthesis with the same procedure...? Can I use few of them as a previous report only ....?

A review article should contain the key methods or development in the field. More information of referring as many publications as possible is better to have wide readings or future citations.

You can describe the methods used for synthesis and characterization of molecules in detail. Adding pros n cons of the techniques might make your paper unique. In case u have lots of papers in same molecule with same synthetis technique, discuss the papers with unique and worthy results. Also try to conclude the better approach for the respective purpose.
Try to find out the uniqueness of the work of the same paper with same synthesis techniques. If you want to write a review then obviously cover all the work done and then try to input your opinion about the difference or similarities of results that you covered.
