well, the question may sound stupid, but I will ask it anyway. I have set of data, where I have only 1 genotype (orchard) planted at 3 different locations. we took data on how different dates of harvest influence fruit weight. the data was recorded for 6 years. So we have 6 different dates, 3 locations, 3 reps, 6 years and yield...

I was thinking, can I consider "Dates" as genotypes/treatments and run the GGE biplot to understand relationship among envs, rank dates etc.
