is there fundamental need for CFX-96 well Bio-Rad assay to use Rox day for qualitative assay? thanks in advance
Which kind of analysis you need?
for example presence of absence of HSV in swab sample from skin lesion...qualitative
I remember in some insert for cualitative or presence absence, with sybr/evagreen you don't need Reference label. If you run Taqman assay probably yes.....
If you need only a qualitative analysis, you don't need reference. However use a negative control.
