Does carbide dissolution takes place in superalloy?

I'm currently doing a study on potential hydrogen damage in superalloys. I'm wondering if carbide dissolution takes place in superalloy in the same manner as steel does with the potential production of methane due to hydrogen diffusion into the alloy.

Carbides dissolution in superalloys take place after solidus temperature and they are stable until liquation. They are the main reason of nil ductility.
