Does CaO exhibit catalytic activity in polymeric matrix at temperatures above 1000 C?

I want to add CaO into inhibitor/thermal insulation, manufactured from epoxy/phenolic resin, for solid rocket propellants in order to enhance the thermal stability of such system.
