As far as I know, a poly5 file is also in TMS32 format, and if you have a recent conversion tool you should be able to convert it just like the old .s00 files. If you have Matlab, you can use a function called 'readTMSi.m', which was supplied to me by TMSi. It can be user to read both .S00 and .poly5 files (TMS32 format) into Matlab, from which you can store the data to various file types like .mat, .xls, or .txt.
