I am new to this software. I am in need of analyzing images from ocular ultrasounds (black/white) and find a way to quantify the internal reflectivities from the vitreous cavity in cases of vitreous hemorrhages. Some colleagues suggested the ImageJ program. However, I find it not very user-friendly. I am also very new to image analysis (not used to the lingo). So if anyone knows about a tutorial that can teach me the basics in order for me to move forward, please make a comment. Thanks.
