Hi.
Does anyone know why we use LB+CAM instead of LB+KAN after transformation steps in CRISPR-Cas9?
CAM and KAN are two entirely different antibiotics. So which one is used in the medium would depend upon which antibiotic resistance gene is being selected for (ie what is the plasmid resistance).
The column is used in Ion Exchange Chromatography of Monoclonal antibodies and the method of analysis is based on pH gradint.
