I’m currently sputtering an oxide material (a perovskite) which I am attempting to dope with Lanthanum to obtain a thin film semiconducting material.

After my attempts at doping my films, I want to use my 4 point probe (Colinear configuration) to get some resistivity measurements, with my plan to do some hall measurements later.

My problem is I can’t seem to get ohmic contact with my film on my 4 point probe. I then decided to paint contacts onto my sample with an indium-gold-gallium eutectic, and annealed it at 450 degrees to attempt to wet my film with these contacts.

i still am getting no ohmic contact with my sample.

does anyone have any recommendation for a contact metal I could use to get contact for these kinds of oxides? Or any other techniques such as sputtering on some contacts? Any advice greatly appreciated.
