I am doing isocaloric substitution modeling, and I need to know which dietary variables are used to calculate Available_Carbohydrate__g_ in NDSR. I tried using the 2024 manual, but there are different answers for this question based on the location. There is also an FAQ in the manual that answers that the variables that go into total macronutrient variables will never be 100% equal, but I would like to get as close as possible. TIA for any input!
