Addgene (http://www.addgene.org) has a large collection of lentiviral vectors with a lot of information. I think these would be safer than pseudotyped HIV-1 since they do not contain viral genome and some express GFP. You could pseudotype them with any HIV-1 envelope vector obtained through the AIDS Reagent Program, as Barbara suggested, and check for GFP expression to test the activity of your inhibitors.
