I would like to sequence through the multiple cloning site of a pCambia 1300 vector. Similar to primers such as M13 forward and reverse that can be used to sequence pGreen plasmids, are there any primers that can be used to sequence the pCAmbia vectors? Many thanks in advance for your replies.
