Our lab is in Canada, and my mentor is Canadian. We are in contact with a few labs in the States, in the process of putting together a P01, however we did not know if we could propose projects, or if we would be limited to being a core facility for the purposes of the grant. Anyone navigated this process before? Any help would be appreciated
