Does anyone know the enzyme kinetic parameters of Perkin Elmer's fluorescent imaging agent Cat K 680 FAST?

I am trying to find Kcat and Km or even just the 2nd order rate constant with Cathepsin K, but I have not seen it reported anywhere. I have seen the posters on Perkin Elmer's website, but they only show relative fluorescence units with no standards, so I have no way of calculating it from their data. Any help here would be great.
