Hi,

I was wondering if there are viewers / applications available that allow you to load two genomes through their corresponding EMBL files which gives you then a genome browser / viewer such that I can look at the corresponding annotation from genome A vs genome B. I can probably write it myself but that would be just a waste of time if it is already out there.

I know of tools such as brigg but this is merely a static image and does not allow me to zoom in on an indepth level. Other tools such as IGV only allow me to view a single contig and a single genome while I have draft genomes to look into.
