I am looking at this myself. We could do a joint research.

Thanks for the offer. At this point, the research is restricted to the US market further narrowed to the aviation construction sector. So I don't see much value in international collaboration at this point. That being said, the study is funded by the National Academies as a synthesis study, which if significant gaps in the body of knowledge are identified is often used as a the basis for a full-blown research project in which international experiences would be reviewed. So I'll let you know if that happens and perhaps we can join forces.
