My team is developing a measure to distinguish those likely to follow through with vocational rehabilitation from those who are not, while also identifying misconceptions that can be addressed to improve outcomes. Concepts that differ from most other measures include a focus on contextual related factors and a cause-and-effect approach to validation.
We are seeking a case management setting for testing. Upon institutional review board approval, we would provide the setting access to administration and scoring, the vetted data from which we would use to develop the norms. Upon request, we can provide more information.
