I want links to download Open source software for Facial Animations with bones. I want to do scripting to change/manage the emotions of FACE close to real.
I'd go for Thomas Müllerleile's suggestion with Blender if you want to create an animated face model like we know from all kinds of 3D animation movies. Blender offers a (close to) professional toolset of functions which are available in professional software packages like 3DMax or Maya or you name it. Blender has a rich community and tons of tutorials as well.
try to get models that have bone animations / blendshapes included if you are new to animation.
blender is for free, but I would stick to more professional package. autodesk gives free licences to education in most countries. (you can use maya, softimage, 3dsmax, motionbuilder).
I also agree with Blender. it is free, made for modelisation, render and animation, offer great tools, and you have the opportunity to make your own Phyton script if you want. Blender is provided with tools for Motion Capture.
Moreover, the blender community is very helpful and plenty of tutorials are already available on internet.
I may also suggest MakeHuman (http://www.makehuman.org/), free and opensource. Software generate human and you have an option to export MakeHuman to Blender the full body and face already prepare for animation in Blender.
