Hi All,

I am trying to establish LC-MS based method to determine the methylation level of genomic DNA. I am currently using the DNA degradase Plus from Zymo research, however, there are usually still extra LC-MS peaks coming from un-digested genomic DNA even when we double the enzyme and incubate overnight (instead of ~2 hours).

I am wondering if anyone know of chemicals that can efficiently degrade genomic DNA into nucleosides. If so, please let me know and any suggestions will be very much appreciated.
